THE CIAA IS JUST WEEKS AWAY

We are excited to welcome back students, alumni and basketball fans for the CIAA Tournament taking place in Baltimore February 26 - March 3! Beyond basketball, this community event consists of live performances, family reunions and youth workshops, so there's something for everyone to enjoy during tournament week in Charm City.

TOURNAMENT WEEKEND EVENTS

Not a big basketball fan, but still want to get in on the action? Luckily, Visit Baltimore & the CIAA have created a series of events to bring together local Baltimoreans with CIAA athletes, students, alumni and fans in between games. See the full lineup and register here.

CIAA Youth Sports Clinic - 02/24/24 8 AM - 3 PM at Middle Branch Fitness & Wellness Center (201 Reedbird Ave, Baltimore MD 21225).  Masks optional

The CIAA Youth Sports Clinic invites student athletes to the Under Armour House for a holistic approach to athletic development. Students will learn about career opportunities from CIAA leadership, work with coaches and trainers on their physical sports development, and hear guest speakers discuss topics like mental health and wellness.

Tech Summit House - 03/01/24 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM at Rita Rossi Colwell Center (701 E Pratt St, Baltimore MD 21202) Masks are optional

The Tech Summit fosters conversations around growing ecosystems, career opportunities, digital equity and upcoming innovations. This year's subsessions are "A.I.: Friend or Foe," "How to Close the Black Tech Gap," "Changing the World with Tech," and a live recording of the No Pix After Dark podcast.

Money Moves Financial Summit - 03/02/24 at Rita Rossi Colwell Center (701 E. Pratt St, Baltimore MD 21202) Masks are optional

The Money Moves Financial Summit supplies small businesses with practical tools for sustainability in this ever-changing economy. Key business leaders, policymakers and serial entrepreneurs will provide actionable insights and foster discussions on the issues that matter most to our business community.

Health & Mental Wellness Summit , 02/29/24 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM at Reginald F. Lewis Museum (820 E Pratt St, Baltimore MD 21202) Masks are optional

Tapping local athletes and medical professionals to lend their expertise, the Health & Mental Wellness Summit delves into a variety of topics that affect our student athletes and our community, such as mental health, COVID-19, nutrition, diabetes, etc. In addition to panel discussions, the day also consists of cooking demonstrations and workout classes.
