Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Small and Minority Business Advocacy & Development is pleased to announce a new Supplier Diversity Management System (SDMS). The Supplier Diversity Management System allows vendors to quickly lookup and review current vendor certifications, update contact information, and report contract payment information.

The system is accessible to all firms doing business with Baltimore City and includes the following key features:

• Submit contractors’ utilization reports online with automated tracking of contract goals and participation.
• Automatic verification of subcontractor payments.
• Automated email communications with subcontractors regarding compliance.
• Flexible reporting capabilities.
• Enhanced online Certified Directory, with key-word search capabilities.

Our Supplier Diversity Management System will simplify and standardize the current participation processes through a fully automated and secured online system (B2GNow).

As a participant of SDMS, you are, or someone from your team is required to attend the mandatory ‘Contract Compliance Reporting’ training. The training schedule is as follows:

• Contract Compliance Reporting – Vendor Training via webinar on November 14, 2023, November 16, 2023, and December 8, 2023.
